Website Design - Ready Set Go!
Working with NexusCloud Gaming was a lot of fun! First of all we were shown an insight into how the online multiplayer gaming world is ran from the inside, and it was intense!
From the start of working with NCG we had a long list of pages needed. A front end website, a customer panel for billing, and support requests and a fully custom game server management platform.
- NCG stressed that their most important requirements were strong brand credability, recognisable and uniform pages along with an emphasis on uptime. Ensuring the platforms we built were simple to understand and navigate was of upmost importance.
- Secondly, we discussed the need to ensure that their customers were able to use a single account that was automatically generated upon an order being made.
- Lastly, by working with NCG we built a system that will grow with their needs, and ensured we will be there to assist by keeping NCG on a retainer basis for any future technical, graphical or branding needs.
“Our new website has flooded our social media with positive interaction. Comment after comment of amazing feedback”
Challenges overcome.
- With mutliple games to account for and different groups of fans, a solid colour scheme that felt true to the games they were hosting was important. Working with their team, we built a full brand identity document and ensured the websites were all colour matched to their new guides.
- Showing off the great services a business does can be a difficult task so throughout the site we designed multiple sections showing customer reviews and ratings.
"We no longer worry about helping customers navigate our website, giving control back to the customer."
We have absolutely loved working with Jacob and the team at NexusCloud Gaming, and look forward to all the work to come, and the continued work we provide through the monthly retainer work. If you have a website or not get in touch and we can design your company a perfect virtual platform to reach further than before, and we will even do it for free. no catch, just cover the monthly retainer cost for on-going design and development! thats a saving of around £3,000-10,000!
