NexusCloud Services - Full System Partner

NexusCloud Services (NCS) came to us with a not very unique problem. A problem we are asked to resolve for the majority of our clients. Inconsistent Branding, and a Poor User Experience.

Our first task was to bring in line the branding between their main website, their support platform and the customer billing platforms. no small task but light work for our hard working team.

  1. Our first task to tackle was understanding and defining their core colour scheme and building a branding package. This consists of a colour pallet, rules for displaying their logo, colours, sizes, shapes etc.
  2. Secondly, we worked through their three different websites to ensure uniformitity between the colours schemes, menus, logos displayed and navigation paths.
  3. Lastly, NCS client base was used to using a multitude of logins for each system. We fixed this issue by implementing SSO (single sing-on) between the 3 platforms to allow for a single username / password to be used by their client base.
