NexusCloud Group - Digital Platform Transformation

Working with NexusCloud Group was a very challenging task for our developers and designers. NCG came to us with a long, technically perfected list of requirements to ensure their customer base was served not just a fresh new website but a full billing, support, and management platform.

During the 6 months of development, we designed a full CRM system for their staff, a support/ticketing system for their client base and a fully automated server provising control panel to automate their sales and onboarding processes.

1. NCG had a lot of services for us to consider when designing their pages, which is why we worked closely with our design team to ensure all data on each page was not only relevent but aesthetically pleasing.
2. Working with larger organisations can often be time consuming, this is why we work in a scrum approach, ensuring all client tasks are documented and managed by a dedicated project manager, which each client is issued.
3. Wth weekly update meetings with the customer we were able to provide access to our internal project management boards so that the customer was always up to date with progress, and we are now offering this to all customers.

Challenges overcome.

1. With over 20 front end, and 200+ back end pages being developed for both the website and management platform we took on a bigger task than we could complete. Due to this we officially brought on 3 new developers and 2 new designers to ensure we could handle the work load.
2. Building out a whole new CRM, Server management and support system gave us a hard time but it also resulted in our internal systems being better developed and we are now offering CRM, Support and Billing platforms.
3. Although not currently available, building this partnership has allowed us to provide full hosted environments to our customers upon request.

Through all the challenges and catchups NCG's new platform is complete, and we are happy to have them on retainer so we can continue to work and develop our partnership.
